We want you to STOP SELLING. At least stop selling in the way far too many salespeople and companies are ‘selling’. Making their lives, and the lives of their customers much harder and difficult than it needs to be.

We believe in helping people buy the product or service that is right for them. We do not believe in ‘selling’ people products or services, they do not want, do not need, will not use, and come to regret buying later.

Our manifesto is simple:

  • Stop selling what you want to sell

  • Start caring about your customer’s needs and wants

  • Stop telling customers what and why they should buy from you

  • Start helping the customer buy the product or service that is right for them

  • Stop deceiving both yourself and the customer just to get the deal

  • Start loving the customer as if they are family and do what’s right for them and by extension, you and your company
